Where the clients employs their own Bookkeeper, we will assist in the preparation of final Statutory Accounts utilising the client's cash records and other ledgers as maintained by them. We will whenever instructed, also prepare full set of management Accounts and Cash Flows. Husain Bulman & Co. will continue to provide assistance and support to clients in formulating market strategies, corporate business structures, management buyouts, disposal of business and in procurement of finance.
BOOKKEEPING
As the volume of business grows and the customer base expands it increases the volume of activity and transactions which needs to be recorded in an orderly manor meeting with the requirements of the Companies Act, Customs & Excise, Inland Revenue and International Accounting Directives and Standards.
The firm realises the limitations of small expanding businesses who do not have resources to employ a full time bookkeeper or having enough work to keep him occupied. The Proprietor or Director is totally committed in administration, marketing and selling which may be his expertise and this is where our firm will step in to provide bookeeping on Cash Accounting Basis or on Full Credit Accounting Operations. Husain Bulman & Co. can provide an effective Bookkeeping Bureau Service to comply with all legislation and provide all important management support. We can maintain payrolls, sales, purchases and nominal ledgers together with quarterly Value Added Tax.
We can also assist in setting up in-house computer facilities to provide
advice and assistance in the implementation of Computerised Accounting
System including the selection of hardware and software. |
